

My Workout Plan
What up! It's ALMOST summer everyone. And you know what that means? I gotta hurry up and get all muscle-y before I slap on my bathing suit and hit the pool! So here is my three-step plan to a hot body! (Hey - This is Sam, I know Freddie's passwords and I just wanted to mention that even if Freddie had a 4,362-step plan for a hot body, it wouldn't happen! Sorry, Fredwad.)
1. Work Out! I wanted to join a gym but my mom won't let me. She says that the girls there are bad influences and don't wear enough layers. My mom is a little nuts, but you know that if you read my blog often. So, I decided to CREATE a home gym using items that I have in my room. I made a jump rope using two tied USB cords, a bench press out of my external harddrives, and I've downloaded a bunch of awesome songs on my Pear Pod for dance aerobics!
2. Eat Right! I downloaded a recipe for anchovy smoothies that are supposed to be really healthy and muscle-building. I know anchovy smoothies sound gross (and trust me they are!!!) but this guy on a bodybuilding forum who calls himself "muscledude432" swears that they work great. And since when has a random guy on the internet ever been wrong???
3. Motivate Myself! Motivation is key to getting buff (muscledude432 says this all the time), so I PhotoDock'd this picture of what I plan to look like by the summer. I can totally do this!

And if all that fails, I'll just throw all my t-shirts in the dryer and set it to high. They'll shrink and be so tight that it will make my muscles look HUGE!
Summer's gonna be awesome!
